Grave Cleaning

The action of cleaning headstones greatly benefits the community, not only for those living, but for the better rest of those whose headstones you clean. Cleaning these forgotten headstones feel as though someone really cares, even after passing. I think this is the key, while cleaning I felt of the value of taking care of these headstones, the satisfaction you receive from transforming that person's last identifier, while I was cleaning this particular headstone I was wondering, when was the last time, since they were laid to rest in 1917, did someone clean this stone? Was the person underneath grateful for my actions?
